Our Consultants support you throughout the whole process, from understanding your requirements and submitting CVs through to final salary negotiaitons and offer acceptance.

We recognise however that it is not always possible to fill every position after the 'first pass', so will advertise your positions across our extensive advertising network and pro-actively search for the right candidates(s) using our vast network of contacts until the position(s) are filled. Our advertising presence, extensive database and contacts ensure access to active and passive candidates. In effect, we actually provide a 'contingency search' service but our fees are based on success only.
