My experience with IC Creative, in particular Sam Emmett, has been overwhelmingly positive. I had been in the job market for a while and was getting extremely frustrated. Looking for work is a difficult task, and when coupled with not hearing back 75% of your applications, it can be soul destroying. You don’t know if you are good enough, did they definitely received your application, and a lot of the time you don’t even know what the salary is for the role – are you pricing yourself out of the market?
I applied for a role that IC-Creative had advertised online. Within an hour Sam Emmett called me to talk about the role. Later that same day she had informed me about an additional role she could put me forward for. Within a couple of days I had two interviews lined up, both for roles I was really excited about.
Sam was clear and concise on the information she provided me regarding each role and followed up each phone conversation with a summary email. She was positive about my CV and qualifications, gave me some additional knowledge of the people and companies offering the roles and talked honestly about salary. It really felt like I had someone on my team giving me support.
I cannot recommend IC-Creative better than to say that within two weeks of first coming into contact with them I had a brand new job.

Everything worked really well from Sean Pook's first contact till the day I was really here in London. As a whole it was quite a long process but all the delays were caused by either holiday seasons or processes. I'm really happy with the way Sean Pook handled this recruitment.
Some positive key issues worth of mentioning:
- Whenever I had any questions, Sean always provided prompt and rapid answers. All in all the it was really easy and comfortable to communicate with Sean. Whether it was e-mail or phone.
- I never had a feeling that things would be pending due to IC creative being there in the middle between me and the client.
- Very human touch towards me. I find this extremely important since I was about to change my life from Finland to England. E.g. friendly confirmation call (to check everything was ok) few days before the d-day was really nice gesture.
- Matching the position and candidate. I mean, I'm really happy to have this job. Suits me perfectly!
